Simulated trial strengthens accountability skills of Ukrainian partners
Opening statements, cross-examinations & delivery of a verdict. It was part of an exercise, DIGNITY’s Ukrainian partners participated in.
Hvad kræver det i praksis at få dømt en krigsforbryder?
14 jurister fra Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group, Protection of Prisoners of Ukraine og Ukraine Without Torture trænede blandt andet bevisførelse og krydsforhør i en simuleret retssag.
