Branding for 1-2-1 Mentors: a creative intervention service supporting vulnerable young people

Our unique take on a traditional school crest represents the 3 core values. The Illustrations evoke student work, ranging from expressive scribbles to art therapy creations & nature-inspired rubbings

He comes into these games so hot headed, he can't wait for the flash points. Saw a cynical tactical foul and took it personally. Such a weak bloke

Cheers Ethan! It's a nice little detail that feels premium without distraction

That's a wrap!

Our best year (8th) as a business and it felt like we went bigger and better on our web output

Here are the highlights

Not necessarily, but you would need it every time you wish to make a new conversion.

You either get your theme files as a zip or published straight to Shopify via GitHub so once you have your Shopify store you are happy with then you dont need the Webflow project or Liquify converter.

Bit of scroll fun to wrap up the year

The kind of thing I'm going to take into Rive or even Spline next year but for now just Webflow IX2 and some good PNG management

He had chance to hold it down while Saka was a left back but he just wasn't right for us. We had him out dancing on the touchline when he was used to running in behind high lines in France. Just poor recruiting, was never a terrible player

Mudryk was on some kind of Santiago MuΓ±ez trajectory but it didn't quite work out

I've used this. Great tool but I would say there is a certain size of store that makes this viable as the cost is about Β£100 a month in plans

Yep! The Webflow project is essentially your sandbox to build out components but you don't need to publish it, only export the code as a zip file.

A typical project might look like this but Shopify is the CMS so all content is applied over there

Liquify is a convertor, not a connector. They would pay for one platform - Shopify.

You sell them a Shopify store, you on board them and show them how to edit on Shopify. Straight forward for the client.

Ive tried Shopyflow and it's a bit complicated and very expensive

15.12.2024 17:08 β€” πŸ‘ 3    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

Liquify is a fixed amount account plan, easily pays for itself with Shopify opportunities

You don't pay a Webflow site plan, you just use it to design your store components.

Everything is then managed in Shopify with a 'page builder' approach.

It's much better than 'bring Shopify into WF' apps

Depends who you are trying to work with and how reliable Twitter was as a lead source for you?

I collaborated with a few designers/devs from Twitter but never got a lead from a direct client because that is not a platform my typical clients would use (not these days anyway)

If you're not already looking at solutions, I highly recommend Liquify for Webflow > Shopify. I was pretty bullish on Webflow ecom for years but once you get into the Shopify world, you don't look back

In general, he had a poor game but that feels like a one off. He was getting into the spots he used to frequently score from which is good. Martinelli is offering next to nothing right now

For sure, seeing this kind of stuff 5+ years ago was mind blowing for a designer coming into the web space and not knowing what was possible

Hand me a design file with a mountain range in it and you better believe I'm turning that into a scroll animation

As always, made in Webflow

Yeah I felt that, all the players from the Webflow community but no chat or designs on my feed. Posts on Twitter still getting 10x the engagement.

Is it a lucky dip or does it use some sort of input to make it relevant to the business/industry?

2 has authenticity in the image - instant trust this is a real business. I would reuse 1 as a CTA section somewhere else on the site

Individual moments of genius like the Foden goals you often reference require a bit of bravery as well as the skill to pull them off. Our players are either void of confidence or the risk aversion is coached into them. We looked exactly the same a year ago and we turned it around without signings

Yeah I'd agree with that. Killed both our full backs today where we could have had 1 stopgap. Made us very predictable with the right side bias

Zinchenko was not in the squad. Tierney hasn't played a game in 6 months and has been training for 2 weeks. He is not a serious option for us at the moment

Thanks Uzo! Design is under-utilised in industrial markets and the potential to add value is huge
