Why are there so many in detention facilities if the objective is to deport them? I can’t imagine it is to give them due process. If so, they would be hiring more magistrates and judges. It just seems fishy to me.

Bovino is just the patsy - a noxious and odious fall guy. Stephen Miller is the architect and prime mover of the whole thing. Everything they do is at his direction - often after his threats. As long as he runs policy in the WH, nothing will change no matter how many Bovinos come and go.
Over the years, I have loved hearing the U.S. national anthem played or sung (especially by Whitney Houston) - sometimes even getting teary-eyed. But right now, I'm having trouble listening to it.
