I can understand why a minority of delusional people may adopt a gender identity, a false belief that leads them to reject reality, but I find it harder to understand why ostensibly informed and educated people make fools of themselves by sharing such nonsense.

Well, this is remarkable. I think because it's the first high quality human clinical trial data I've seen to show an effect. Maybe there's life in the medical marijuana industry yet.
