I don't think I've seen a setting for DDA tolerance. I have seen the setting to go after off inclusion list ions. Thanks! I will check it out tomorrow.

Using the TSIM-TopN method I only get a handful of DDA scans, even when I set the threshold to zero. I've reached out to Thermo to ask why this is the case. #Metabolomics

It's not so slow that there isn't still a strategic choice to trade off the extra dynamic range for points across a peak. The big problem though is that I can't seem to get Xcalibur to acquire DDA scans properly with this method.
