Ragamuffin is recuperating nicely and quietly from his surgery. No pictures because he’s still stressed and the wound site is pretty gross (to me)

I’ve been fan of him and his person for so long - I’ve always been in awe of their partnership. What a horribly sad day.

I hope it’s shingles too.

Or leprosy. Is that still a thing?

Update:

Surgery went very well and the Muffin Man is at home, stoned out of his mind.

They had him completely covered in a soft blanket in his carrier - poor guy is on another planet.

I’m on pins and needles waiting for an update.

Me today: I’m too damn old to be working these horse shows.
