Trump order targets ActBlue, Democratic fundraising platform, sparking authoritarian fears Sometimes, Donald Trump's authoritarian tactics are subtle. His new offensive against the ActBlue donation platform was far more overt.

Trump recently signed an executive memo targeting ActBlue, the fundraising platform used by much of the progressive ecosystem (including us) and the entire Democratic Party. This is straight out of the authoritarian playbook. Trump wants to crush the resistance to his autocratic agenda.

Instead, millions of Americans flooded the streets to demand an end to Trump’s authoritarian power grab.

Trump and Musk have spent their first 75 days in office trying to overwhelm us and make us feel powerless, but we’re not going anywhere.

The mistake is to think Zelensky could have salvaged this. Trump admin just doesn’t want to support Ukraine. Period. There was also never going to be a peace agreement. That’s been clear but everyone has been pretending otherwise. There can be no confusion now.
