Those of us who know @malcolmkenyatta.bsky.social like the blue leaders across PA, we know he will fight for ALL Democrats on the DNC. Hearing he won is a sigh of relief. He came to Rural PA this past year and he LISTENED to us in ways that others didn't.
I plead with elected Democrats to understand that if you don't deliver 100% unconditional resistance to every single action of the Trump administration, the disastrous outcomes they produce will be blamed on you.
The new administration is trying to delete us from existence. If you are trans, you deserve to be here. You deserve to be seen. It's sickening to see us methodically removed from everything.
They destroyed the research for our community on May 10th, 1933. We cannot lose the medical progress that has happened since. Don't delete the PDFs, don't throw out printed copies. They are going to purge next.
Pay attention now to which companies are cutting their DEI programs and then will focus their marketing in Feb. on Black History Month, March on Women's Rights, & June on Gay Pride, and etc. Don't subscribe to their capitalist greed against marginalized communities.

As a queer person, my least favorite month is June. I love celebrating with local queers. I hate how it's so capitalist with companies that couldn't give two shits about our rights. Fuck companies that only care about us as a purchasing blocks and not as humans with rights.

The biggest fault about where I live is that if this house was 200 feet down the road I could have my own chickens due to municipal ordinances. Maybe if we could have chickens that would solve the cost of eggs problems here, maybe it would just make the whole town smell of chicken poop.
I am a big advocate for long term infrastructure- if a stranger calls you and asks you to run for office, not a high chance of a yes. If the person you play cards with weekly asks- you'll consider it deeper. People based infrastructure is where we need to develop.
The best way is investing in people. It's annoying to always be asked for donations, or to make phone calls, etc. Sometimes people just want fun. Focus on your community- BBQs, game nights, etc, and your community will show up when it matters. The trust must be present before the work gets done.

If a trans woman has average female levels of both sex hormones, why does it matter? Is it because you fear the fact she's actually a good athlete? Is it because you can't understand that she might not have an advantage, and just worked hard to get to where she is?
This whole this really just shows people don't remember what happens when you target trans women on the basis of "biological advantages." It puts trans men on those teams. Remember Mack Beggs? People were outraged when he won the Texas girls wrestling championship as a trans man.
Seth Moulton wanting to make concessions on rights of trans people cuz he doesn't want his daughters on teams w/ trans women is funny to me- I would then be playing on the team instead of them. In HS I was squatting almost 300 lbs. and already had facial hair. Maybe then I would have made varsity.
This is your mission. We take our power back now at the local and state level. Stop waiting for a national hero. It’s you. Get to work.

Make one of your 10 year resolutions to vote out representatives who no longer represent the communities they were elected by. Even if they're your own party. That's what primaries are for, use them wisely.
Friends, Donald Trump ordered raids on humans in our community. This is an unfathomable attempt to target certain cities like San Antonio; to spend tax-payer dollars on removing parents from their children. This is not humane & certainly isn’t Christian-like. Instructions ⬇️
