I am so incredibly horrified at how President Zelensky was treated by the leaders of our country. I don't have the proper words to describe the anger, the shame, or the fear I have about the repercussions for the people of Ukraine fighting for their country.

I can't quantify it, but the lyrics, the music, the emotion to "Road to Hell II" from Hadestown(live NYTW version), it just makes me so emotional. Do yourself a favor and have a listen.

As others have already said, Melatonin has done wonders to help get to sleep for me and taking B12 in the morning has created a good balance of energy.

Why is fantastical fiction so popular? It is a place where villains can be exposed for what they are. It's where heroes can join together and find the will to keep fighting. It's where the power of goodness can prevail. It is where we can find hope that maybe those things don't have to be fiction.

I don't know if you've walked around a pretty park listening to Ghibli soundtracks on a cloudy day recently, but you really should. Highly recommend.
