Wow, I love this podcast! It’s so working class!

It's pitiful more than anything. Our lives suck, it's easy to see why people will grasp for any semblance of meaning or solutions.

If you listen to Mel Gibson on Rogan's pod, it's clear a large portion of the country is sliding backwards into a snake oil dark age. They don't believe in the germ theory of disease, think ivermectin heals cancers, don't think evolution happens. Hundreds of years of progress., just...gone.

The cause is deduced from the evidence of 1) hemorrhages of arteries in the eyes and 2) subdural hematoma. This article implies that evidence shouldn’t count.

Sorry brother, it’s worrisome to toss entire diagnosis from the literature for - what -equity?

For those curious, diagnosis is made by retinal hemorrhages that are evidence of the kid's brain sloshing back and forth from being shaken so hard.

This is a real medical diagnosis. What kind of moral relativism leads us to rehabilitate abusive parents? Insanity.

I work at a clinic in NH, and we are also seeing tons of kids with walking pneumonia. Thankfully kids in this community have good access to primary care. What do you think is behind the decline in kids' respiratory health? Covid, pollution, being around vapers? So much stuff unfortunately
