Can also train and give us lots of other options to scratch, and trim our nails regularly. LOTS of ethical alternatives that are kind.

Declawing is extremely inhumane, which is why any ethical vet does not do it and it is illegal in many jurisdictions for good reason. It is cutting off our toes. Literally. Our humans cover furniture with blankets and places things in front of corners. Just block access and we don't do it.

This week was the best. My brother and I broke into a box in the basement overnight and ripped open a bag of kibs. Then the humans fed us in the morning but I was so stuffed I could barely finish! It was AMAZING! But then the humans shut the door where the box is!!?? (cont)
