Think it was the day I did 15 mins of stairs and running each that I got extremely close to 2 miles in 15 mins.

Time to see where my mile time is at…the training I’ve done for the last few months have been more mobile and flexible sessions. The distant sessions have gotten TREMENDOUSLY easier, but will it translate to being able to the mile time down?
