Yeah we’ll get to this more as it gets closer but anyone who roots for the Brewers who wants a cap needs to at least realize the possibility that there are real free agency/service time changes that come with that. And those would hurt the brewers more than a cap “helps”

I mean it’s basically chase on fastballs in/up and breaking/soft away. He breaks out all the way if he puts together competitive at bats.

Seems like the Brewers largely scrapped Brandon Sproat's sweeper and may have turned his hard slider into a cutter that he's going to throw a bunch more. Impressive pure stuff for a first spring outing.

I’m shifting my Seigler 5 spring homers to Lockridge. Why, yes, I did think this all along too.

Jesús Made has put six balls into play this spring. Four have been 95+ mph. He also hit a 110 mph rocket that missed being a homer by a few feet.

Starting to think the Brewers are going to have a tough time winning the Cactus Cap if they keep throwing 19 year olds and the guys at the bottom of the Nashville bullpen depth chart.
