Ben is also working on consumer behaviour - what we choose to eat and why - with a view to understanding how to best transition to more sustainable diets and what trade-offs there might be, especially around how foods are swapped in meals. π

Benβs current work focuses on sustainable foods. Alongside colleagues at @hutton.ac.uk, Ben is developing an agent-based computer simulation of food production in Scotland to understand how food businesses might respond to changes in subsidies and demand. π
