but that reading voice is a 'real suck.' I want to bitch about this aspect some more, but I don't know if that was the author's decision or what. I can't recommend this one, except to hardcore fans. It has made me start checking who narrates these more, at least.

My biggest issue with the experience was that this book, which I listened to on Audible, was read by AI. Honestly, kind of killed the book for me at first. The writing is slightly technical already, and I questioned some of the word choice,

worked behind the scenes, as well as one really funny story pertaining to Michael Biehn. As a huge fan, I'm glad I read this. It was a nice refresher and gave me a little perspective on a couple of key episodes.

This is a book for people who are huge fans of the show and love details or are really into stats. I can't imagine a casual viewer getting too much out of this. There are a few really excellent interviews, knowledge about some of the people who had recurring characters and

and the times he fought against his character to do good things. The other half of the book is full of interviews with several of the tertiary cast members, telling stories, answering questions about the characters, and trying to remember those roles from so long ago.

I finished reading Zack Morris Lied 329 Times! by Matt Pais. This is like a Saved by the Bell textbook, a work that goes over each episode in Good Morning Miss Bliss, the main show, and The College Years, breaking down all of Zack's lies, his intentions,

That's like if White people found Australia for the first time tomorrow and went "Okay so this is called 'THE MUSHROOM KINGDOM' now."

Last up was Tron Ares (2025), which has some decent acting (despite the Leto of it all), solid visuals, and a wonderful NIN soundtrack, but feels like it didn't execute its premise super well. The end sets up some intriguing ideas, but I doubt we'll get more of this, which kinda sucks.

Another remake, The Running Man (2025), was a much better time. It's not the original for sure, but this was a larger-scale adventure with some quirky fun and action. I'd watch this one again, even if they missed a great opportunity with that ending.

Remembering the old Emmanuelle films, I decided to give the new re-imagining (2024) a shot. The sexuality is still there, going for something slightly more artistic (with full frontal) than softcore, but it lost the plot, its charm, and the ending causes massive blue balls as well as disappointment.

For recent movies, we did Night Patrol, which I wrote a full review for, and followed it up with Predator Badlands (2025). That's an enjoyable, no-fuss film that stays consistently fun without losing its focus. It's no Predator 2, but still quite cool, even with a talkative main character.

Yea, I love Batman Forever, just... not that sequel.
