The rural areas outside of the adonite cities are almost post-apocalyptic. They have men and also rare women. Those men are warlords and Adonites make propaganda to make various manly villages fight each other. There are also space pirates who refuse to fight in those wars and are gender-diverse.

However. Even trans-inclusionary ones are bio-essentialists to some degree. They give citizenship permit if you have mendatory SRS. But you also gotta donate to the sperm-bank before you do it. After that you are put in assimilation program where they monitor your mannerisms and fashion.

Okay so about adonites: Most of them are trans-inclusionary radical misandrists. Some of them are terfs. And even smaller minority want to escape their feminine mech frame and become masculine-presenting slime dudes.
