The truth is, as Jeff said in Game Changers, every move has a potential to backfire, and it is the successful execution that makes for a good move, regardless of how much luck has played into it, or the circumstances that allowed for it to succeed.

Rizo Lost jury respect with his bluffs, and ultimately lost before even reaching FTC.
Not sure how the FTC would have played out, but the relief is that we don't have to speculate. He lost, period.
