January is cold and dark - and added to that we feel the need to punish ourselves for the lovely time we’ve had over Christmas. No wonder it can be a miserable month! I’m all for self improvement - but even so, we can still be kind to ourselves. 3/4
Delicious food, reading by a fire, hot chocolate, lighting candles - all hygge! It doesn’t have to be extravagent. Just small moments of peace and warmth. My mum gave me this book by @MeikWiking a few years ago and I love it. It made me realise I’ve always had a hygge soul! 2/4
