I said I would make fanart of @realgdt.bsky.social’s #frankenstein and here it finally is. This took me more time than I anticipated but it was totally worth the time and effort and still so fun to make!!!!

That’s funny you say that, I was actually thinking of trying V-Tuber stuff, there is this animator called @alpineshowtime.bsky.social that is a V-tuber in the exact stop motion like style that I am going for. You should check him out.

Okay so update, I may try 3D modeling on Blender since it may be easier then decide then if I should do 3D digital or stop motion with a 3D printer from there

I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!! My brother showed us this movie and no joke it was the most creative and strangest movie I’ve ever seen!!!

Also what I am doing with this test puppet is making the head out of 3D pen over a taped up clay shape, then I will use wire, clay and more 3D filament to use for the bones and then at the end try to use some synthetic hair, paint for the face and some felt for the clothing, I also have a design 2/2

This is a Niche question but to all the #stopmotion and 3D animators out there, any advice on making stop motion puppets with a 3D pen made face? I started modeling a head but I may need a wood burner to smoothen it out, just wondering if there were cheaper but still affective options. 1/2
