Team Hill/Ridder defeated Team Bouch (Talkeetna, AK) 12-2 in 7 ends. They are now 3-0 and will play tomorrow/Friday at 6pm CT against Team Weber (Sioux Falls) on Sheet 2.

Team Linke plays tonight/Thursday at 9pm CT against Team Schuder (Rochester, MN) on Sheet 2.

Absolutely wild. Six fall leagues for our new season starting in late-September with spots for 248 curlers. All full save for a couple spots by mid-August (one of our quickest sellouts yet!).

Lot of demand for #curling in Omaha! Fortunately we’ll have room for an additional league draw this winter!

2025 September Sundays 2:15 PM This league will play 4 weeks on Sundays at 2:15 PM following College Curling and the Newcomers Instructional League. Games are two hours or eight ends, whichever comes first. Play will take place...

Kristin Erickson and Laurel McCoy had a great time spieling at the CedarSpiel hosted by @Cedar Rapids Curling last weekend! They were joined by Cedar Rapids curlers, Cale Tesch and Andy Beland. Their team ended with a 3-1 record and as 🏆champions🏆 of the B-Event! Great curling, everyone 🥌

Quick housekeeping note for any Stones & Stripes followers: I was originally planning on the next newsletter to go out week of 8/11, but I just learned the MN arena playdowns will be the following weekend, so I'm holding off until after that playdown is done (week of 8/18).

Fun fact: I've played in leagues or spiels with members of all seven of these teams (and also two of the non-Aksarben teams) 🥌
