Losing my dad also made me realize just how little fathers do most times. Drea from Pour Minds said losing your dad will have your grief silent because people don’t get it. You tell someone your dad died & they act like you said the sky was blue. Your father dying is lonely.

I’m having this problem now lol. I painted my room gray in like 2018 and of course I don’t remember the brand or shade, and every single gray sample I bring home to color match is not it 🤣

My daddy was on his death bed using his dying breaths to tell me and brother we were the best things to happen to him. Children deserve that. Making children and not giving them that sucks.

Seeing so many people not have relationships with their dads makes me sad, because I would not be alive without my daddy. A great dad really does make a difference. My daddy was the world to me, and he was even better to my kids.
