Green always like to play this calm, quiet, reserved guy. Maybe if he showed a little emotion on the bench other than shaking his head, the players would get behind him. Refs are very good at knowing coaches they can get away with stuff.

Tough to say. Aside from that bad goal, he's played a great period and saved our skin, otherwise we'd be down 2 or 3 goals. Carolina was in our end most of the period so we were quite lucky to be only down a goal.
