Fascinating, I'd never heard about the skeletal issues from archery. Makes sense though. I had a job that put a lot of asymmetrical strain on my body, it wasn't difficult, but it was repetitive and over time it def took it's toll on my back and shoulders. Thanks for the lesson!

Not a lot of pics from the vertical class, but here's a few from the cave we did the final day. Great adventure, now I'm ready for whatever comes my way. Got 45m of rope so I can practice vertical in a tree now that the weather is starting to be nicer. Def ready for some spring/summer fun. Let's go!

Cave club meeting next week, then 3 days camping in a climbing gym for a vertical class, followed by a cave trip to rappel/ascend as the climax of the class

I'm going to be taking a vertical training course in a couple weeks. Finally got all my gear assembled. Looking forward to doing some vertical caving soon!
