Only a fool would install software from a despotic country that is continually committing cyber attacks to your nation to attempt to destroy the economy and/or cause general chaos and harm.
From conversations with TikTok fanatics, they don't care. They would rather just keep a constant feed of people placating them than see the harm possible. They think Trump is on their side even though he pushed for blocking it originally.
