Hard to post something like this without it coming off as a brag. But im very pleased with how long I've kept the lifestyle up. I had so many bad habbits and health issues when I was that skinny back in the day. Im Happy that I can do more longer and not feel so drained or look sickly.

Can't believe how different I looked back in 2008 to current. I was a scrawny little thing that didn't eat much. Im 37 and I feel so much healthier now then I did then.

Every now and then Andrew and Trent find themselves getting more friendlier then usual. Trent being the easy going guy he is, is always happy to give Andrew an inch or two, or more ;3. They do like the benefits part of their friendship.

This is Trent aka "Tire". He's a farm boy that moved to the city after college. He's a sweet dirtbag. A gentlemen and with a live and let live attitude. Simple yet always ready for a banger party.
