Absolutely! We want customers to be happy with our product right out of the box. You shouldn't need a brace, but it was a pretty genius solution from the community.

Transparency is REALLY important to us!

We appreciate the kind words! At the end of the day, we want to give fans the best product we can, and if there are issues, we want to fix them as soon as we can.

Totally appreciate the feedback here and know that we've already made adjustments to our production process that rectifies this issue.

We would be too! We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. We also want to be as transparent as possible with you all, while understanding that not every production run will be perfect. That said, we've made a bunch of adjustments to production to address any potential issues.
