It’s too simple of a topic. The arg for and against isn’t very complicated and there’s not a ton of policy domains that it can be easily translatable to.

The current president used to be the union’s political director. The current vice president is personally invested in this issue. And while MCE didn’t receive AIPAC money last cycle, she had the same exact positions on this issue when she ran and got the CTU endorsement in 2024.
With the caveat that I heard third like 4th hand so it might be more gossip than truth: I heard a rumor that CTU leadership just didn’t know about Mellisa Conyears-Ervin’s extremist pro-Israel stances before endorsing her and for the record I find that very, very hard to believe
