Been plugging away on a lot of OC stuff of late as I practice more with my chibi style (which I find myself leaning into more lately). There's a little bit of nonfinal stuff this week.

Traditional art I made of my OC, Wistaria! The style is a little messy and sketchy, using a brown brush pen and pink and purple markers. Wistaria is a youn woman shown in profile view from up above her elbows. She has bangs and a hair flick on the side. Wind is blowing her long, wavy hair to the side of the picture. The hair is lightly shaded in pink. She has on a headband made of pink flowers and a string connecting the section in the middle with those on the side. She is wearing a dress with t shirt style sleeves that have a pink stripe near the bottom. The top is somewhat squareish with a little bit of frill. She smiles gently, with maybe a hint of worry, as she looks to the viewer. Her eye is gently shaded in purple, and purple scribbles with the marker fill the background.

I took a couple markers and a brown brush pen to make this picture of Wistaria!

I ended up making a few in this kind of style, I hope you like it!! And have a wonderful day!! 😊🌸

A reference sheet I made of my OC Janae from my comic Aria of Stars and Snow. Janae is a young woman with light tan skin and medium brown hair with side swept bangs and pulled up in twin buns. She has brown eyes and a relaxed smile. Janae wears large, slightly oval glasses. She has a white collar and sort, puffy sleeves on her shirt with a thin purple stripe near the bottom of the sleeves. The midsection of the shirt is a textured purple and has three buttons in the middle. She wears high waisted pants with purple lined pockets. The pants and a desaturated khaki brown color and are tucked into her boots that reach a little past midway between her ankle and knee.
