I already have a lot of ideas for what type of characters I want in the story (for plot reasons) and I have a general idea of their motivations.
I'm also thinking I can create the world on stream as well. Kingdoms, locations, biomes, the whole enchilada.
So I have an idea on my streaming plans once I'm back home. Since right now all I'm doing is the general planning for Spirit's Blessing, I think I'll flesh out both the characters and races on stream and generally chat about my thought process.

I have shelved stories before due to not being able to picture a character in a particular scenario (one of my Wattpad stories got delisted for that reason), but that doesn't mean I don't plan on revisiting it at another time.
I think that's why I've always spent a lot of time creating characters. Sometimes you want to write a bombshell character in cute clothes or an average joe who blends in with the background. That variety, and understanding them is what makes a fantasy world realistic.
for a character to work well. In writing, you can ease off the physical traits (unless you're writing erotica/smut), but in the back, I feel like you need to understand how your character would react if their world is real.
But her personality and the way she dresses is actually a mix of me and my friend. Which means she attractive, but wears baggy clothes in order to hide her figure since she was made fun of by other people.
That balance between physical traits and personality needs to be there
proportions as accurate as possible. But also I try to figure out how they can use their physical traits in tandem with their personality.
A good example of that is Roxanne from the Divine Wars series. Her physical appearance was actually based on a very close friend of mine.
Something I like doing with my characters is basing them on people I know (usually my friends). And while I'm generally an author, I also think about how my characters would look in different mediums. So if a character is supposed to look like someone, I try to get their

So remember that surgery I was supposed to have last year? Well, we finally have a concrete date for it. It will be done on March 11th and I'll be admitted into hospital on either the 9th or 10th. So if I suddenly go quiet, that's why.
