The image shows a game level built by the level artist. Its in a rough state. It's a rocky, green environment covered with black alien bubbles with the sea in the background. There,s a huge blue planet in the sky.

Same environment as previous image, arted by the level artist. You can now see its a jungle with big palm trees, big orange and blue flowers. There are orange industrial batiments as well as a huge communication tower, it's an outpost. There is now several waterfalls in the background, behind the comm tower.

Experimenting some moody atmosphere in my project. Getting closer to the end, I will add 4 different setting to my portolio to study color grading and atmosphere creation better. It's not always sunny in Heliada. 😄 #WIP #UE5 #UnrealEngine #GameDev

An extremely random thread on how I keep track of the tasks and the progress I make for this personal project

tl;dr: I have a list with tasks that are sorted by priority and complexity and a separate page where I add short notes and screenshots any time I do smth for the project.

The development of wide-bodied airliners such as the Boeing 747 in the 1960s stimulated the design of a new generation of large aeroplane engines called turbofans. Engines like this power most of the aircraft now flying, because they are quieter and more fuel efficient than other types.
Rolls-Royce had been trying to break into the US airliner market for years and contracted with Lockheed to develop the engines for its own wide-body rival, the L-1011 TriStar.
The new RB 211 was larger, more powerful, but more demanding than anything previously built by Rolls-Royce, and the costs of the programme bankrupted the company in 1971.
This particular engine was the sixth built. It made 28 flights on the prototype TriStar during 1971. The general design proved to be a great technical success and revived Rolls-Royce's fortunes. The unique 'three shaft' architecture has been extended for all the subsequent large Trent-series engines used today and which have won Rolls-Royce more than a third of global airline engine sales.

‼️Unfortunately my time at the studio has come to an end - my role was made redundant in January.

Which means I am looking for work right now

So what's one today's #dailyProgress menu?
Well I finished the rear shock absorber, changed the spring and topoed the lower part together. Then I got started on the front axle (proud of that piece) and modeled the mudguard.
I also added a piece to the frame.
So tomorrow it's either headlight or tyre

Well today's #dailyProgress is very chaotic, I did start working on the rear shock absorber but then decided that since it's sunday let's try something different.
Well turns out design is hard 👀 so here's my fiest try at making something, I'll have to do some research 😅
