I also find it difficult, as a talentless fan.. I see plenty of art on various platforms for the male characters I like but I rarely see any for the women I like. I will see so much gojo or aki that I'll trip over it all but I never see ellen ripley.. so I can only share what is in front of me 😭🤕

it's all just misogyny, in the end. these people think they're so progressive, but all they do is see a man just exist and praise him for it, yet they ignore or criticise actual women who do the same kind of things..
there are certain people who centre "men" in everything that they do and it is so frustrating.. you ask them "name ONE woman" and they just name their favourite male character or male celebrity who they decided is a woman, instead of naming one person from the other half of the global population
