Content stuff and relatively small potatoes, but Chime's android app went down a few weeks back and their error message (incorrectly) blamed users. People were confused and furious about it online.

You think taking time to build a feature with good usability (and accessibility!) takes time, wait till you've got 20+ features built on garbage UX established at the start "just to get something out"
