Today, alongside our Certificate course, we held our Practical Yeast Management course.🔬

Today, six students, including our four Certificate students, dived deep into yeast management and gained an understanding of how to work with liquid cultures in a brewery.

Our new Certificate students partook in their first practical Brew Day today, gaining valuable insight into the brewing process in a hands-on way.🍻

They also sampled their brews and analysed them after brewing.🔬
