Happy Heavenly Birthday to Jackie Jensen who passed away at the age of 55 in 1982. Jensen played for the Red Sox from 1954-59 & 61, hitting .282, with 170 HR’s, a .852 OPS and a 22.4 WAR. He was MVP in 1958, a 2x AS and won 1 GG. He is the 1st person to play in a Rose Bowl, WS and MLB AS Game.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to Win Remmerswaal who passed away at the age of 68 in 2022, he was born in the Netherlands and was the 1st European trained player to reach the Majors. The Sox signed him as an undrafted FA in 1974 and he pitched in 22 Games for the 1979 & 80 Sox, going 3-1, with a 5.50 ERA.

Happy Heavenly Birthday to the Great Lefty Grove who passed away at the age of 75 in 1975. Grove pitched for the Red Sox from 1934-41 going 105-62, with a 3.34 ERA, 143 ERA+ and a 44.9 WAR. He was a 5x All Star with the Sox and was inducted into the HOF in 1947.
