A riff on the "You made this? ...I made this." meme comic by Tumblr user Nedroid. Title: A (Simplified) History of Brown Civil Rights Activism Top panel: A brown person in a cap holds a paper that says Civil Rights. I see the same perennial White folks asking why Black folks are saying "nah, y'all go start that protest. We've put in the work." I decided to riff on a classic to provide a condensed lesson on why we gladly say "you first" as you encourage us to stand beside you in danger for your rights.
