The way up was the real story though! First time bushwhacking out here and man cross country travel was tough. No trail, slide alders, sloppy snow. The trees claimed my sunglasses as tribute somewhere in the way down. Definitely learned a lot about what traveling in this terrain is like!

Iβm 31 now! To say it is has been a crazy year would be underselling it by a lot. I havenβt had a longer one in quite some time. But between a new place in Seattle, lots of friends, family, and finally getting a new job, I got a lot of reasons to be hopeful for this next one!
