Mexico says the US is welcome to fight cartels within US territory and carry out their war anywhere else. President Sheinbaum rejects any US operations within Mexican territory, assures, that any fighting Trump plans on doing will need to be elsewhere or his side of the border.

In a Westminster parliamentary system a leader can be replaced in a matter of weeks, as in Canada recently where Trudeau resigned, Carney was voter party leader on March 9, & was sworn in on March 14 - approx 9 weeks). A federal election was held & Carney elected 15 weeks total. No billions spent.

Two questions:
1) Is a child allowed to legally sign an NDA?
2) Do NDA's apply to breaking the law? Is it not the duty every citizen to uphold the law? If someone's breaking the law and you have signed an NDA that NDA shouldn't protect the lawbreaker.
