Love this approach of looking for what motivates behavior and working with restorative practice. Every behavior is a form of communication and even though it might be difficult to find out the reason for behaviour, we have to try. Otherwise consequences become punishment.
Thinking of all the year 12 students finishing school this year and wishing them all the chance to follow their passions. There are so many pathways to follow and ATAR will be a distant memory in no time at all.
