Twin rainbows land beyond the trees around our neighbor's farmhouse.

More sad sanctuary duties today, buried a pair of Pippi's kittens, who may have had FIP. It's prevalent in the neighbor's colony, and we've lost several already (although our Gracie miraculously responded to alternative treatment and beat the odds).
This twin rainbow kept me company while I dug.

I colored Dr. Rose’s hair today. I am no more talented a colorist today than I was in 2019, when I first cracked open a box of HerbaTint. It went well, praise be, and what I lacked in talent, I gained in experience.
I hardly get nervous anymore, unlike the first couple times, when I was a wreck.

Dr. Rose has a suggestion for a new Nobel category: Nobel Prize for Losers. He's a shoe-in (my apologies to shoes everywhere).

Fonda announced the revival of the organization, initially founded by her father, Henry Fonda. The organization was founded in the 1940s to defend free speech against fascism.

The RV started (it's been a month or three); we may need it after tomorrow. Land guy comes to decide whether to extend our lease here.

Hope it goes well. Leasing this farm has been a lesson in futility, lethality, and humility. Five years dragged by, slowed by every critter lost.
