In 2003, I directed a bunch of commercials for Wendy's. I hired an actress, who was funny and overqualified, as a non-speaking extra. But on set, I gave her a two-word line which entitled her to extra pay. She was thrilled. I think it may have been her first paid gig. #KristenWiig.
