I suspect @kottke.org is launching a stealth future Unicorn business with this KDO Rolodex "feature". In the same way flickr.com and slack.com came out of features in games, he's building an RSS reader (AKA Google Reader replacement) inside his blog. You read it here first.....
@ftrain.bsky.social Thanks for making me aware of the work of Éliane Radigue. Been listening to her fascinating pieces.
Slightly related, I thought this might also be of interest to you -

If it gets to $0, I might buy the dip....
Just a quick FYI - I noticed that some of the links posted don't appear to be working. An example StuffToSponsor.com from the feed @adnanjindani.bsky.social posted today 1/19. Looks like it was originally posted on BSky about 10 months ago.
Thank you!
I visited belong.io by @andy.baio.net literally every day for years as my sole source of news
It so elegantly aggregated trending links from interesting people
Then 'things' happened at Twitter and I was bereaved
So today I'm launching links.supply to try and fill that weird little hole in my 💙
Congrats on the launch, this looks really interesting! I look forward to following and would also love to read about the tech 'under the hood' if that's appropriate at some point.
Minor low priority feature request. A nice favicon would make this visually pop on my Chrome bookmarks bar.
Would love to see the BBC countersue back, for value of Trump's (highly dubious) net worth.
Bonkers implementation. No Next.js, React, Vue or anything! Who knew you could do these types of apps with just vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript.....😁
It's always a joy to upgrade to the latest version of LINQPad (in this case 9). Not a product to rest on it's laurels, and always evolving. Perfect to help you learn, explore and experiment with C# and LINQ.

It looks like the Quartz article is date May 21st?
I appreciate things are still not good for Target, but I think this specific story is a little dated.
I wonder if @scott.hanselman.com and other #commodore64 fans have seen this piece of #c64 creative coding / art? - 10print.org #retrocomputing #creativecoding
Agree 100%. She's a great interviewer and it was always a joy to hear her appearances on @eggpod.bsky.social
This by @ftrain.bsky.social from aboard.com resonates so much with me - " I grew up reading about software. Now you have to try everything, or watch videos of people trying things. That’s exhausting and expensive, whereas reading is cheap and fast—and you can skip to the pricing if you’re bored."
Favourites for promotion back to the Premiership, feels like a curse right now. Could be a long season ahead.....

@scott.hanselman.com - @jonudell.bsky.social has a long history of working on projects that are community centric and on the 'good side' of tech. The framework he is now working on xmlui.com may be of interest for the podcast
@scott.hanselman.com you might like to take a look at rwsdk.com - @rwsdk.bsky.social as a possible podcast guest? Their goals of building personal software, using web fundamentals and lowering the economic barrier of entry, could be of interest to your audience.
No idea why U posted this lyric. Maybe it's just a Sign Of The Times......
I wonder what caused the 40F spike for one hour in the dataset driving the Windows Weather for one hour at 8pm! #windows #weather #chicago
Excited by the "Secret Squirrel" hints from @psbhq.bsky.social today, about a possible small US tour. Hope they can stop by a major city beside a large lake, but appreciate these tours are no small undertaking (and probably more recently, less attractive than ever)
Another track added to this amazing and generous endeavor. A perfect example of what makes the open web a great platform. #openweb #web #musicforprogramming #developers
To paraphrase "The road to hell is....not paved, due to lack of maintenance"
This sounds like a great alternative to Deno or BunJS, which I currently use for such utility script and small app scenarios. Truly extending the "NET Everywhere" BHAG 😀 #dotnet
Hope you enjoyed it. We saw the earlier show and he was amazing!
I'll stop writing now, before I dig any deeper 🙂
Apologies. That was a really badly worded reply by me. I should have said 'our' versus 'your' in the first sentence, as the comment was about our industry and not aimed at you. I think both yourself and @scott.hanselman.com are great examples of people creating 'professional' and 'fun' content.
Is part of the issue with 'fun' that your total online presence is perceived as one big virtual LinkedIn profile? So if people create content, they feel it must be 'professional' and reflect their opinions and expertise on a topic?
I know they're not a perfect fit for all use cases, but I wish we could push #pwa apps harder to gain more adoption and user awareness #open-web
