Sweet potato sage and turkey sausage frittata, crispy hash browns, and berries with coconut whipped cream
Then smoked turkey from HEB, greens, beans, brussel sprouts, cornbread and wild rice dressing, mac and cheese, with tapioca pudding and pumpkin pie for dessert.
CHN leaders in Brazil advocated tirelessly for culture-based climate solutions at #COP30. Moussa Elimane Sall took a moment to reflect on his experience with a call to action to leverage this momentum to insist "Climate action without culture is incomplete."

Interesting. @kuminaidoo.bsky.social posed a similar question last week at a pre #COP30 #climateheritage symposium in Rio.
Many in the room who had previously aligned more closely with A were now answering C, myself included.

This is another space where culture needs to lead the way to climate solutions. Food ways and practices are important parts of community identity. Rather than be a barrier, we must/will help foster real, lasting change. It's happening and we need to accelerate. @climateheritage.bsky.social
