am proud to say I've started the journey to get help!
I had my first consultation today and while she cannot diagnose me, she can help out me on the path and check the boxes, along with getting help and unpacking repressed trauma and memories!

I feel optimistic for the first time in a long time

2/3 I also strongly want to be professionally looked at and possibly diagnosed for any mental/behavioral conditions.
I feel like I have ADHD or am on the Autism spectrum but never got properly looked at thanks to my parents refusal to check.

It's been 30 years of not having answers
