Ok update - I press a few buttons and a wonderful person named Hannah came on the line and was so kind and made the cancelation so easy!

So I take it back - only reason I'm not deleting the original post is just incase @allstatecorp.bsky.social reads this because Hannah was so good!

Literally on the phone with @allstatecorp.bsky.social trying to cancel my car insurance. It's been 27 minutes and they have passed me to three different people. All of whom are unavailable.
