My kind of meal!

Add some spinach and you've got a vegetable serving to go with your delicious pasta and pork:)

That poster is misleading. One egg is only about 6 gm of protein. Serving size is important info.

Can someone please explain, the purpose and role that Pierre Poilievre has on his latest trip. Is he there in an official Canadian government capacity to support Canada? I hear that he is criticizing Trump but I fear that this is more for 'show' as opposed to substance.

As a Canadian I can tell you that photo was so sad to see. . . until I remembered.

That base insult says so much more about the speaker than the intended victim.

Also, Canadians know that most all Americans are better than this!

This is beyond craziness! Yes there is a lot happening in the world right now and the ruthliess attacks on Ukraina need world attention!

Now more than any other time in this brutal war on Ukraina, the democratic world needs to see the bigger picture here. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦ fights for all of us who value freedom.

The supportive comments pouring in from all over the world on youtube, add to the gut wrenching experience.

@SaveOSC posts a photo of the Science Centre covered in snow:

Built for winter ❄️
Built for Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

β€’ 241K Views

June 21, 2024: Doug Ford abruptly shuts down the Ontario Science Centre, insisting that the roof is unstable and won’t withstand the next winter.

January 26, 2026: After the latest and greatest dumping of snow in Toronto, the building is fine.

Almost as if winter was never the issue, eh?

Let's add to that men who gaslight Renee Good. I'm so sick of hearing "decent" guys saying, "she shouldn't have been there".

We and your parents are the "lowly people".

I wonder what my parents would do. They lived through ruzzian oppression and I've always believed that they would be ready to fight, should the need arise again.

Interesting to hear how many fearful stayed away.

The last of Canadian department stores.

As someone who is old enough to have shopped at Woolworths, Zellers, Stedmans, Simpsons , and Eatons, I am experiencing a profound loss with the closing down of The Bay.
It is the loss of an era. A time when families interacted in-person to meet needs.

Exactly this. The far-right was strongly pushing propaganda to support the conservatives.

There is no way the election should have been this close. The results will motivate the cons to continue to push their lies.

This is beyond ridiculous! He throws the word "research" around like a household word. Research is in fact complex.
Our modern world is grounded in "scholarly research" from trusted (university) institutions.

Doing your own research does not mean searching google.

I have been following Bruce Fanjoy from twitter to Bluesky. Bruce is a true hero for Canada!!

He proudly stood on guard with over two years of championing the Liberal party and Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦!

Hugs to you from Canada.
Sounds like his comment missed the mark. Maybe you can come back and tell him what you needed to hear ("Yeah, it sucks. We'll get through this.")

Guys, men need to be told explicitly how to be supportive.

'This hour has 22 min" is doing such an amazing job. This Smith character is just about on par with the trump fella.

Men need to reach out to these guys. They are in desperate need for positive male role models who can help them to channel their emotions and take responsibility for their position in life.
The cons voting males that I know of have an "axe to grind". Conspiracy theories seem to fulfill their needs.

I'm cheering from Canada!!

We are voting for our next PM in a few weeks. You can be sure that there are conservative/rep. agents that would like to facilitate a cons win.

Cheers to the democratic process πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

It seems like male voters are of the mind set "fight against" and are therefore more likely to vote conservative because PP attracts that kind of vibe.

Female voters on the other hand share the mind set of "fight for", healthcare, housing, and Canada.

Females, talk to the guys.

Time to rename!! Plenty of world renowned in Canada:)

Montana's becomes "Revelstoke's" or "Grand Prairie's".

A great testimony of our great healthcare system. Yes, it is under threat and there are shortages.

It is nonetheless, a system that defines us as Canadians and worth fighting for.

Elbows up!
