Finally gave the Hijet a quick wash, and gave the interior a quick once over. It needs all the maintenance and a little rust correction but is very clean for a nearly 30 year old truck. Kumo supervised the whole time and went for a ride at the end.

Installed a bit of scaffolding in the GT3. A BBi Street Cup Roll Bar which bolted in like a factory part.

From what I’ve seen it’s more reliable than a Jeep all around but suffers a few weaknesses off-road if you push it too far.

At it again, turkey chili this time. Using turkey instead of pork reduces the sodium per serving by ~150mg, quality tbd.
