Having to explain to my mom that ICE is not the solution to whatever immigration “problem” we have in this country is so fucking defeating

It gets so exhausting having to explain to people over an over “I’m not anti protecting kids, I’m anti picking the nuclear option to every nuanced issue” or something similar with every political issue

i care abt kids big time but increasingly of the feeling that kids safety online is a parenting and childs support network problem and not my issue as its so often a trojan horse for regressive ideas

Kinda Fucked Up that in our lifetimes we've gone from "never share personal info on the internet" to "hand over your identity to the most incompetent corporations imaginable".

As a fucking parent TALK TO YOUR FUCKING KIDS THEN. Worried they'll see porn? Talk to them about porn. Worried they'll see gore? Talk to them about gore. Worried they'll get groomed? Talk to them about red flags and cultivate trust with them so they won't feel they have to hide things from you.

I say as I’m heavily considering ditching this website and similar ones entirely

#22 - Dracula (2026)

Gorgeous and artful in some places, oddly sloppy in others, consistently hammed to hell throughout. Had a good sense of humor, though I get the feeling not all of it was intentional. Very effective casting. Unexpectedly notable standout in fight choreography. Great score, too.
