a thing i have learnt about myself since mostly-abandoning the twitter shithole is that i actually just. don't love the kind of social media twitter is anymore. it's not just the management or ownership or culture. i'd just rather text my friends than yell into the void 99% of the time

(unsolicited advice) for me things like puzzle games or really just any engaging activity along those lines usually help! if anything they're often a safer bet bc there's a much lower chance of seeing content that can end up making me feel worse
