We are profiled and they know who must of us are anyway.

They use something to keep our privacy in case a leak happens. Idk what it is, nor I care enough to research that.
Even crypted stuff when leaked gets uncrypted if people try hard enough, so all I care about is if they will follow up with their promise to not save our IDs or not.

They have been open about that, and that's how they have been catching and sending people to jail for a bit now, and how pedo discords have been cracked down.

It's not a perfect system, but it helped it seems.

Thought that has been obvious. They verify our messages and their legality since 2023 with the first wave of Discord predators being taken into custody.
Our messages are still private and cripto-whatever, but they have bots that check over context and if it's pinged as dangerous, they give a look-
