Public service announcement... please don't spray your perfume on a train...I get that not everyone realises this but some people (me, but I'm sure there are many of us) are extremely sensitive to smells and get an instant and excruciating headache with some perfumes. I've just been taken out!

Am I connected to any... Or do any of you know any...speaker/booking agents in the UK/Europe?

Or, do you have experience of being signed to a particular agency?

It has all the elements of a fantasy story (unknowing chosen one, fabulous world, hugely creative magical inventions, brilliant characters) alongside a very original idea - magic running on ink!

The most important question you can ask yourself is 'what is it that I really like' (not should, not what do others want me to like) and then focus your attention on that

The one commodity we all have that everyone wants is our attention... It should be as valuable to you as it is to social media/your phone/the political party pushing a cycle of perpetual outrage

If we want a new world we have to start living/making it right now in every thing we do - Brian Eno

Surrendering control brings people together... Art is trying to create those moments where we surrender ourselves

Brian talks about the moments we hang on to as humans as exceptional moments...they are about surrendering control (sex, drugs, rollercoasters etc) rather than the control which society values so much

Brian adds that doing something together (singing a song) etc is what builds the community

Bette talks about how art builds community... But as an artist it's difficult to know what art will do it... It's not as easy as get an artist to write a song about equality and then people will like it and there'll be more equality.

Beyond not behind

Brian Eno says that art is us continuing to play behind childhood and, like in childhood where is a learning process re social structures etc, it can allow us to discover alternatives to current structures

Listening to Brian Eno, Bette Adriaanse & Jon Alexander talk about why art matters when democracy is in crisis.

Love the idea that art is everything we do that we don't have to - we have to wear clothes, but personal style is art - Also love the definition that art makes feelings happen

Sales in the shop are doing well, but we're reliant on sales on the website to help pay the bills.

The website is reliant on social media, particularly twitter.

Since September, we've seen a big decline in people seeing our tweets.
