Then there's the number of layers, he deleted a layer, so that means he's tracing? What does this prove? All we can assume is that there was a layer there, but the contents of that layer is completely unknown to us. And if the artwork was traced, then prove it by overlaying the original

Being unable to provide source files is not suspicious, how was he to know he'd end up in a controversy like this and kept the .ase files around to use as decisive counterevidence? It's again just an accusation backed by nothing. "It feels a bit suspicious to me" is not evidence.

What about the very first point in the document, a short snippet taken from a larger conversation pointing out that astro is guilty because he's not denying it. Lack of denial is not admission of guilt, and since we cant see the whole conversation, we dont know if he denied it before or after.
