It especially sucks on the act 1 bosses because you're usually not super strong at the end of act one, lagalvulin matriarch giving you -2 strength and -2 dexterity every 3 turns is crippling, first time you lose like almost half your damage and block, after the second stack you are as good as done
Slay the spire 2 is generally great though and makes a lot of improvements, but the boss balancing is a bit off.
It's frustrating because you can be really strong with good blocks and a steady damage output but then you get completely rolled by the boss of the act because you just couldn't pump out enough damage, it's quite frustrating.
Things I dont really like about slay the spire 2: a lot of the bosses are constantly growing stronger/debuffing you over the fight, making it so that it's not enough to be consistent with blocking or damaging, but you need to do a lot of damage quickly to have a chance.

oh there are no mainstream parties that share my opinion because there's a lot of gun owners here, so pushing a ban would probably hemorrhage voters for little to no gain because my opinion is pretty niche
Sweden has decently lax gun laws, we have the highest per capita gun ownership in the EU, i think that should change.
Nothing about safety or stability in sweden changes if we would do this, there are no negative societal consequences.
The self-defense argument is completely null and void, if someone pulls a gun on you on the street are you gonna tell them to wait so you can go back home and get your mauser from your gun safe? No, lol.
Not like existing gun ownership laws in Sweden helps you against a criminal with a gun. Self defense is not a legitimate reason for gun ownership. Today you can only seek license based on sporting or hunting needs. When they aren't used, you are required by law to keep them in a safe.
i still think the world would be a better place if all civilian gun ownership was abolished, if we abolished fishing, i dont think the world would become better.

Gun owners just promote the idea of owning guns, their very existence cause more guns to be brought into society, legal or not. It's some macho things for guys with insecurities. Owning guns is loser behavior.
In my opinion, firearms are a thing that civilian society no longer has a need of. Even if we could make sure no firearm deaths happened, it's still useless to civilian society. And the deaths caused by them cannot be brought to zero.
The status quo is fine, things work fine, i feel comfortable and secure. I could feel contentedness if nothing ever changed politically here. I guess I want more than just being content.
Even looking at parties outside of parliament, it's like, they might have some interesting ideas to shake up the status quo with, but then they also have total dogshit ideas that will never work.
Every party just wants fucking lame shit, it's either "status quo forever" or "we want to make life worse", no party wants to do something interesting or fun.
And we have advanced VR games, you can shoot all the guns you want in VR without it being a problem for anyone.
